ASSESSMENT

To properly prepare for Visual Data Center deployment, a thorough site assessment must be completed. This Assessment aims to collect all information requried to create and implement a Visual Data Center implementation which meets the technical and business requriements defined by our customers. The following is a sampling of the topics covered during a standard Assessment Phase of our projects:

• Number and locations of sites to be monitored with the application
• Types of devices to be deployed with the interface
• Access control requirements for users of the software
• High Availability requriements for the application
• Backup & Recovery requirements for the application
• Any other topics necessary to define the design of the installation
